Free initial phone or video consultation. This is an opportunity for us to speak and determine if we are a good fit for further work together. We can discuss needs, therapeutic processes, and finances. While we may discuss some topics such as consent, this is not a counselling or intake session and you are under no obligation to schedule paid services.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid charges, please notify us 24 hours in advance of changes to your scheduled appointment. Exceptions will be made in case of emergency and/or illness.
