Service Description

Please choose this for your first appointment. About 15 minutes of this time will be dedicated to the consent process to ensure you understand your rights and responsibilities as well as the therapist's rights and responsibilities. The remainder will be open and will vary from person to person. Typically during an intake session we discuss needs, explore goals for counselling, and develop a plan for treatment.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid charges, please notify us 24 hours in advance of changes to your scheduled appointment. Exceptions will be made in case of emergency and/or illness.
